Turn up the radio for Arrow Transit

Arrow Transit will be having their 20th Annual Radio-a-thon March 2 on KBJM 1400 radio. Posted Feb. 28, 2013

Arrow Transit provided more than 48,000 rides last year in our service area. These rides were for appointments, employment, school, Head Start, Senior Meals, shopping and social events.

Buses run on Sundays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Arrow Transit provides general and handicap-accessible transportation for the elderly, youth, people with special needs and the general public – safe transportation is provided to anyone that requests a ride.

Arrow Transit’s service is funded in large part by a federal grant. In order to receive this grant we require a percentage of matching local funds. The Radio-a-thon helps meet this match. The goal this year is set at $12,000. Please consider this asset to our community and call in your pledge or stop by the office at 111 4th St. W. to donate in person.
