The Lemmon American Legion Post 66 invites all high school students either public or home-schooled to participated in the oratorical scholarship program.

To participate, a student delivers an eight- to 10-minute speech on some phase of the Constitution of the united States.

In addition to the oration, the student will speak extemporaneously for three to five minutes on a selected article or amendment of the Constitution.

There will be a local award given and the student can win a $1,000 scholarship at the state level and an $18,000 scholarship at the national level.
