Wendy was born on January 8, 1970 to Gary Helfrich and Debbie Kirschmann in Richardton, North Dakota. Wendy attended school in New England and Hettinger and graduated from Hettinger Public High School in 1988. In 1989, Wendy married the love of her life, Randy Holler. They had two children, Whitney and Marissa. Wendy dedicated her life to her family, always putting her husband and children before herself. Wendy had a contagious smile and a zest for life. She was always looking forward and thinking only about the positive aspects of every situation.
Wendy began working at Dacotah Bank in high school as a part-time teller and worked her way up to becoming Vice President of the Hettinger branch. She enjoyed her work and her customers. In her spare time, Wendy enjoyed camping, watching movies, and creating memories with her family. Wendy’s strength, courage, and grace are beyond admirable. She looked at each day as a blessing and never took anything for granted. Wendy truly was an inspiration.
Wendy is survived by her husband, Randy Holler; two daughters, Whitney and Marissa Holler; sisters, Cheryl (Nolan) Dix and Angel (Bernie) Gossel; step-siblings, Walter (Tanya) Helfrich and Brandy Beckman; parents Gary (Violet) Helfrich and Debbie Robertson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Wendy was preceded in death by her grandparents and brother, Corey Helfrich.
