How to keep Adams County Record stories in your Facebook news feed

Facebook has recently changed the way news shows up in your feed (yet again) and you could see fewer stories from Adams County Record as a result.

Facebook has recently changed the way news shows up in your feed (yet again) and you could see fewer stories from Adams County Record as a result.

The changes now favor posts made by friends and family over brands and publishers, pushing posts by those pages down in your feed.

But don’t fret because it’s easy to keep Record stories higher in your feed by following a couple quick, easy steps.

If you’re on a tablet or phone, go to our Facebook page and make sure to “Like” the page.

After that all you have to do is click the “Following” button and hit “See First.”

If you’re accessing from a computer go to our Facebook page, “Like” the page if you haven’t done so already, then click the arrow beside the “Liked” button and make sure “See First” is checked.

While you’re there you can also check the “On (Live Videos)” option if you want to be notified when we are live on Facebook. We frequently go live with breaking news, sports, weather, and other content on Facebook.
