Tuesday, Lynn Frey took in the pasture tour at the Bart Carmichael ranch south of Faith.

Wednesday, Lynn Frey made a trip to Ft. Meade near Sturgis in the morning and in the afternoon, he traveled to Cedar Shores Resort near Oacoma, SD for a Rural Water meeting which was help Thursday. He returned home that evening.

Friday, Lynn Frey traveled to Huron to take in SD Farmers Union Activities during the SD state fair. He returned home that evening.

Tuesday, Vince and Susan Gunn played Bridge in Hettinger in the afternoon.

Vince and Susan Gunn were among those who attended the End of Summer party at Summerville Saturday evening. Margaret and Bill Dickinson was also in attendance.

Saturday evening, Bev Hoffman attended the Steve and Susie Sandgren 40th anniversary party in Lemmon.

Tiss Johnson called on John and Shirley Johnson briefly Monday evening.

LaVonne Foss and Shirley Johnson attended worship at Rosebud Sunday. They then went to Summerville for dinner before returning to the Johnson ranch.

Thursday, Thelma Sandgren spent time in Bison.

Friday, James Sandgren spent the day at the ranch. In the afternoon, Brady Ham stopped and they all had coffee together.

Saturday afternoon, Thelma Sandgren went to Lemmon to attend Steve and Susie Sandgren’s 40th wedding anniversary.

Monday Bridget Keller and the boys attended the sock hop in Bison.

Thursday, Albert Keller and the boys traveled to stay with Patricia Keller. They returned home Saturday afternoon.

Friday Bridget Keller traveled to Bismarck for appointments.

Saturday Albert and Bridget Keller went to Smokys for their early anniversary supper. They were treated exceptionally special for our special night.

Duane and Dawn Harris kept the Keller boys overnight Saturday.

Sunday Larry, Sarah, Spencer and McKenna Dreiske brought the Kellers a beautiful handmade table and bench for their anniversary. Nate Skjoldal, Johan, Scott and Codi Ellingson and family were afternoon visitors of the Kellers.

Monday morning, Sheila Whitney and Tiss Johnson traveled from Casper, WY to Rapid City, SD. They went out to dinner and were joined by Brooke Hershey. Tiss continued home that evening.

Tuesday, Tiss Johnson and Morell Hirning attended an appointment in Dickinson and then spent the rest of the day in Medora, driving through the park.

Tuesday evening, Oscar and Bertha Klein were guests of Tiss Johnson and Morell Hirning. Bertha helped Tiss and Morell with canning peaches.

Wednesday noon, Merlyn Opp arrived at the Hirning ranch. He accompanied Tiss Johnson and Morell Hirning to Black Hills. They toured Mt. Rushmore before returning to Rapid City. They were overnight guests of Brooke Hershey. Thursday morning, they took Brooke out to breakfast and then attended Tiss’s appointments before returning home.

Monday, Jim and Patsy Miller traveled to Lemmon.

Jim and Patsy Miller traveled to Bison Wednesday morning.

Wednesday afternoon, Matt and Jim Miller left on a trip to Minneapolis, MN. Thursday, they attended a Vikings Football game. They returned home Friday.

Patsy Miller played cards at the Senior Center in Hettinger Friday.

Matt and Christi Miller and Zabrina spent Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon with Jim and Patsy Miller.

Ruby Starr visited Marilyn Christman on Thursday afternoon.

Jane Christman of Boulder, CO arrived Sunday to spend a week with Art and Marilyn Christman.

SPRING BUTTE

Wednesday, Vernon and Veronica Klein attended the 70th anniversary of Wheeler’s Manufacturing, they were invited by their daughter, Hope Klein.

Friday Vernon, Veronica and Jim Klein and Jade Schaff took Jim into Lemmon. He was invited by Danial Doh to spend the weekend camping at Hugh Glass park. After dropping him off Vern, Roni and Jade stopped in for a short visit at Hope Klein and Tyler Deans apartment.

Saturday evening Tami Briscoe stopped for a short visit and to let Haylee stay overnight with Jade Schaff. Bob Johnson was an afternoon visitor.

Sunday, Pastor Ed Zimmermann stopped for an afternoon visit. Vernon, Veronica, Hope Klein and Jade Schaff and Haylee Briscoe drove out to get Jim Klein from camping at Hugh Glass. They dropped Hope off at her home before returning to their place. They invited Haylee to spend another night with them.
