Best For Last

Do you have your Golden Ticket? If not, you’d best be getting one while they last, as tickets are now on sale for the 2017 Best for Last Extravaganza.
A top prize of $5,000 will be given away at the 8th annual event, which will be held on Nov. 4, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at Benny’s restaurant in Lemmon, SD. But, you can’t win if you don’t have a ticket!
Tickets sell for $100, and ticket holders and their guest may take in the Best for Last Extravaganza’s evening of fun, food, fellowship, and fundraising, as the annual event helps raise money for the Lemmon Area Medical Association’s Endowment Fund. Ticket holders do not need to be present to win the final prize money, but they MUST be available by phone, as the final five to be drawn must all be in agreement if they choose to evenly split the cash prize. If any one of the finalists wants to keep drawing people out until it’s down to the last, then the drawing will continue. As they say…it’s Best For Last – so those lucky finalists whose names are in to the bitter end will determine if they’re amongst the last to win or last to go home knowing they were just a part of the great fundraising for LAMA’s Endowment Fund.
Plan to come support the Five Counties Nursing Home Endowment Fund at this year’s Best for Last Extravaganza. Tickets can be purchased at the Five Counties Nursing Home or from any one of the Endowment Fund committee members, which include Mark Evans, Joyce Dustman, Charlotte Kvale, Ryan Brinkerhoff, Anthony Fike, Shane Penfield, Dave Johnson, or David S. Anderson.
The Lemmon Area Medical Association Endowment Fund was established as a permanent funding source for Five Counties Nursing Home, and was created as a perpetual fund to provide items for the residents that is not included in the nursing home’s standard budget.
