Cole Benz had a great article in last week’s newspaper on the Dupper family getting a trip of a lifetime thanks to the generosity of two Fargo-based business partners. They received an all-expense paid trip to Philadelphia to watch the Eagles play and meet Carson Wentz. Mr. Wentz is a class act, which the NFL is sorely in need of more players like him.

The Night Hawks volleyball team downed Richardton-Taylor (RT) in three sets to give them a 7-3 region record. They have one last region match against Bowman Co. on Oct. 31. A win assures them of finishing in the top four of the region standings. The first set started out as if the Night Hawks would easily win the match as they were victorious 25-9. RT came out and jumped to a 10-0 lead in the second set before the Night Hawks collected themselves and came back to win 25-23. The third set was close also with the Night Hawks winning 25-23.
