The Adventure’s 4-H Club was called to order on December 10, 2017 at 3:00 pm at the Hettinger Research Extension Center, by President Tatum Fitch.

There were 26 members present. Kelly Schauer read and moved to accept the Secretary’s report. Katy Schauer second it. Motion passed. Katy Schauer read and moved to accept the Treasure’s repot until audit.
There was no old business. The first order of New Business was community service ideas for the new year. We discussed CAVA, ditch cleaning, food drive and cleaning up garbage around our town and in parks, Christmas trees and make posters to help support businesses. Favorite ideas are to be submitted to the club leaders before the next meeting.
Blake Larson moved to adjourn the meeting. Oscar Laufer second it. The meeting was adjourned. The members decorated cookies and then went to the Assisted Living to sing Christmas carols to the tenants. Our next meeting will be held on January 20th at 3:00 at the Hettinger Research Extension Center with Kyle Geaumont doing an activity with the cloverbuds, Knutson’s with 8 – 10-year old’s, and Kaden Schauer with 11-year old’s and older.
