ADAMS County Community Foundation (ACCF) Seeks Grant Applications, DeadlineJuly 30th

It is with great excitement that the board of the Adams County Community Foundation announces that the Foundation fund will grant $463 to a local organization. Applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofits orgovernment agencies. Groups without such designation may enlist a fiscal sponsor.

Applications must be submitted online at (tab Apply for Grant—Grant Button). Paper applications are not available. Applications are due July 30th. The local advisory committee will discuss the applications and determine grant award shortly after.

The Adams County Community Foundation was created several years ago as a general-purpose fund with the power to grant to diverse community needs and organizations.Earnings from the fund are given annually, and the amount given grows as the fund value grows through donations and market increases. In 2018 the Drug and Alcohol Coalition was awarded a grant for their New Year’s Eve Party.

The committee’s goal for 2019 is to raise awareness of the Community Foundation as a resource and grow the fund so we can meet more community needs through granting. If you are an individual, social service group, or company, your gift combined with others will allow us to make a bigger impact in our community. Any size gifts are welcomed and accepted at any time of year. This is a qualified endowment fund and certain donations will qualify for a 40% ND state income tax credit for those in or out of state filing in North Dakota.  All inquires are confidential.
